Russia’s Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on genocide-speaking population in the south-east of Ukraine, department spokesman Vladimir Markin.

According to him, in the south-east of the country, beginning in April 2014, representatives of the political and military leadership of Ukraine gave the orders, “aimed at the total destruction is Russian-speaking citizens”.
