The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine appealed to the UN and the Council of the EU to impose peacekeepers in Ukraine . For this decision voted 341 MP, said “Ukrainian Truth”.

On Tuesday, Parliament adopted a resolution on Ukraine to address the UN Security Council and of the Council on the deployment on the territory of Ukraine international peacekeeping and security. The author of the resolution is the President Poroshenko.

In the explanatory memorandum to the law states that the so-called LC and DNR, which operate under the direction of and funded by the Russian Federation, acts of terrorism, war crimes and other illegal activities. “As a result of such actions are killed every day the military and the civilian population of Ukraine”, – stated in the note.

According to Poroshenko, the deployment in Ukraine international peacekeeping and security will ensure the effective implementation of the Minsk Agreement, above all, in terms of the cease-fire, withdrawal of heavy weapons, the withdrawal of all foreign armed forces, military equipment and mercenaries from the territory of Ukraine, the disarmament of all illegal armed groups

Also, Parliament approved the decision of the President of Ukraine on admitting units of armed forces of other states on the territory of Ukraine in 2015 to participate in the multinational exercise.
