On the territory of the Kharkiv region will be built three lines of defense to the state border with Russia. This was told the chairman of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Igor Rainin in an interview with Ukrainian TV channel «24».

According to the politician, the first line – it is a national project “The Wall”. “The second line of defense hold military units no longer border guards, and the Ministry of Defense,” – said Mr. Rainin. The third line will be the construction of fortifications. According to the governor, the fort “Sunny” will be a reliable long-term construction, which will be at the intersection of the ring road Kharkov and Belgorod highway. Mr. Rainin also admitted that similar facilities will be built in other parts.

As the official said, the objects will be built at the expense of public funds. The Ukrainian government intends to spend about $ 40 million for equipment safety line in the Donbass.
