The human rights organization Amnesty International published a report in which it accused the military as a self-proclaimed supporters of the NPT and the LC and the security forces of Ukraine in the torture of the prisoners.

According to the organization, collected mainly in the spring of this year, prisoners were beaten to bone fractures, tortured using stun, inflict stab wounds, suspended, deprived of sleep, subjected them to the simulation execution, and regularly threatened them and denied medical help.

The report is based on the testimony of the military, 17 of which were in the thrall of armed supporters of the NPT and the LC, and 16 – the military Ukrainian army and other law enforcement bodies of the country and the Security Service.

New evidence of torture and kills

Former prisoners showed Amnesty International staff X-rays of broken bones, reference hospital, photos, scars and broken teeth.
