The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine created a government commission headed by the head of the State Service of Ukraine for Emergency Situations Nikolay Chechetkin in connection with a fire at the tank farm in the Kiev region, according to Acting Prime Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko.
“CMU has created a government commission, headed by the chairman GSCHS Chechetkin. From the reserve fund will be allocated additional funds to eliminate and affected,” – wrote Kirilenko on the outcome of the emergency meeting of the Cabinet on his page on Twitter.
The fire at the tank farm “Belarusian Republican Youth Union, the oil” in the village Kryachko Kiev region broke out on Monday evening. According to some reports, the state of emergency one person died, 14 were injured. Residents evacuated from the two-kilometer zone of fire. The smoke from the fire is visible even from Kiev. Rescuers stop the spread of fire to prevent fire spread to the forest.
