The head of the Central Election Commission of Russia Vladimir Churov is the youngest leader of one of the tribes of northern Nigeria. This he said during a meeting with heads of diplomatic missions of African countries, RIA Novosti reported.

«I am the way, so for fun I will say – the youngest leader of one of the tribes in the north of Nigeria,” – said Churov noting that he dedicated to the leaders in gratitude for restoring the celebration of Africa Day in St. Petersburg.

According to him, he lives in St. Petersburg and is one of the business representatives of the five royal clans of northern Nigeria. “I do not know seriously or in jest, but, at least, ceremonial dress young tribal leader, I had, I passed it to a museum,” – concluded the head of the CEC.
