Tagansky court acquitted four defendants in the case of repainting the stars in the metropolitan high-rise on the waterfront Tinkers – Ekho Moskvy radio station

Protecting defendants in the case intends to seek compensation for the wrongful prosecution. Another person involved in the case, Vladimir Podrezov, a resident of St. Petersburg found guilty under articles vandalism and hooliganism and sentenced to two years and three months in prison. Verdict struck by the investigation, who is trying to accuse any innocent people, said one of the lawyers, Sergei Nasonov. According to him the evidence of the investigation of the alleged co-operation with the paratroopers who painted the star were sucked from the finger. It is good that the court acquitted all the paratroopers.
