KIEV, October 13 – RIA Novosti. The solution of the optimal mechanism to bring to justice the perpetrators of the crash in the Donbass Boeing-777 will be taken based on the results of the criminal investigations conducted by the investigation team of the five countries, according to website of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the end of his telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.

“The two sides discussed further joint actions in order to create an optimal mechanism for bringing to justice those responsible for the tragedy of the aircraft” Malaysian airlines. “They agreed that the final decision with respect to the mechanism will be made based on the results of the criminal investigation, which is carried out by a joint team with the participation of Ukraine, the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia and Belgium “, – said in a statement.

The passenger Boeing-777 of “Malaysian Airlines”, en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, crashed July 17 last year in the Donetsk region. Killing all 298 people on board, 193 of them were Dutch nationals.

The UN Security Council has considered the July 29, 2015 the initiative of several countries on the establishment of an international tribunal to prosecute those responsible for the collapse of the Malaysian Boeing. RF blocked a draft resolution submitted by a group of countries conducting the investigation of the crash (Australia, the Netherlands, Malaysia, Belgium and Ukraine). As stated in this regard, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the collapse of the liner – the result of a criminal offense, not a threat to international peace and security, which assumed the draft resolution.

According to the minister, the UN Security Council in a situation with the collapse of liners never created the tribunals, and the idea of ​​its creation is designed to provide the guilt of those considered responsible, Washington.
