“November 30 no equity truckers will not. First, not all protesters were able to get to Moscow. Some regions have received the information too late, some drivers were arrested or deployed along the road. Those who have arrived, settled at sites near Moscow, where usually truckers rest. They did not manifest itself until December 4, will not do anything. 3 numbers expire ultimatum to the government: if “Plato” is not canceled – the Ring Road will be suspended, “- said in a statement activist.
On Sunday evening Petersburg truckers moved from St. Petersburg in the direction of the capital, to hold a protest against system “Plato”, which earned throughout Russia from November 15.
“Plato” is used for charging with drivers of heavy trucks of the new collection in the Fund of Federal Road Agency. Within two weeks of operation, the system has collected about 550 million rubles.
On a protest in Moscow, which was originally scheduled for November 30, according to various sources, we went truckers from several regions of Russia, including Krasnodar Territory, Dagestan, Volgograd and Rostov regions.
In social networks there are reports that the protest intended to join the drivers from other regions of Russia.
