Athens, 23 December 2015, 07:23 – REGNUM A boat with migrants sank near the small Greek island of Farmakonissi. As a result, drowning 10 people, including five children, reports Reuters referring to the Coast Guard of the country.
In the course of the rescue operation, which was attended by a helicopter, a patrol boat and a private vessel, able to detect and deliver to safety 13 people – 11 men and two women. According to the survivors themselves, are missing two more workers.
«Ship – six-meter powerboat – sank under mysterious circumstances”, – said the Coast Guard of the country. The survivors “were in the water when they found the ship rescuers».
