Putin has ordered state agencies to move to the Russian segment of the Internet – BBC

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree “On some issues of information security of the Russian Federation”, which regulates the use of the Internet by state bodies. Text of document is located in the portal of legal information.

Putin recommended that Parliament, the courts, the Prosecutor General and the Accounting Chamber go to the state segment of the Internet.

In the document the president translated maintenance , operation and development of the Russian segment of the Internet State under the responsibility of the FSO.

«Convert segment of the international computer network” Internet “for the federal authorities and state authorities of the Russian Federation under the jurisdiction of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, in the Russian segment of the public information and telecommunications network “Internet”, – the document says.
