Before the meeting, the OSCE Representative Heidi Tagliavini stated that the agenda of the talks on Wednesday was four questions: a cease-fire , the withdrawal of all parties of heavy equipment, the exchange of prisoners, delivery of humanitarian supplies to the territory controlled by the militia to prevent a humanitarian disaster.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry hoped that the consultations in Minsk will help reach concrete results. At the same time, in Kiev urged not to wait for “tangible results” until Friday.
