According to the press service of the regional Investigative Department of the TFR, the law enforcement authorities today reported the death of a young man -this he received craniocerebral trauma. As told in the press service of the regional prosecutor’s office, prison officials wrongly used physical force and special means to the whole group of convicts, seven received injuries of varying severity as a result of one of the beaten dead.

With regard to correctional officers filed also the case under part 3 of article 286 (abuse of power with serious consequences), including in relation to the acting head of the colony – of Part 3 of Article 286 and Part 2 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code (negligence, resulting in the infliction of death). Criminal cases are joined into one.

In the investigation department promise to give objective legal assessment of the actions of the colony. Prosecutors, meanwhile, made a presentation to the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service on the edge, in the supervisory structure of the demand to bring disciplinary proceedings against officials of the colonies, and the regional department of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
