Ukraine opened criminal proceedings against officials of the RF IC – Arguments and Facts

Moscow, September 30 – AIF Moscow.

General Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal proceedings against a number of officials of the Investigative Committee of Russia in response to excited in Moscow cases involving crimes in the Donets Basin and other parts of Ukraine, the RIA Novosti . Kyiv Prosecutor’s Office believes that these actions constitute interference in its work.

 
 

«By organizing unjustified prosecutions carried out illegal interference in the activities of law-enforcement agencies, the armed forces of Ukraine”, – said in a statement.

 
 

In respect of whom a criminal case is not reported.

 
 

It is reported that the Ukrainian Prosecutor General’s Office opened a criminal case “against officials of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation” by object “interference in the activities of the law enforcement agency”, “interference in the work of a statesman” and “promoting a terrorist organization».

 
 

It was reported earlier that is official representative of the Russian Investigative Committee spokesman Vladimir Markin said that a criminal case on the article 357 of the Criminal Code of the genocide-speaking population living in the territory of Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics.
