One of the main claims to Tolstoy was the fact that the RAF could not find a sponsor to pay the salaries of head coach Russia Fabio Capello. In February, the Italian RFU paid a salary for the period from June 2014 to January 2015. This businessman Alisher Usmanov has provided preferential target RFU loan of 400 million rubles.
