The death toll as a result of a double bombing in the Alawite district of the city of Homs in Syria has increased from 26 to 46, according to RBC with reference to the human rights organization Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (London).
The dead included at least 28 civilians.
At least another 115 people were injured. They were hospitalized in the central city hospital.
Earlier it was reported that one of the bombs could undermine the bomber.
