The outlook regions is negative, as the outlook on the sovereign rating of Russia
The international agency Moody’s downgraded the ratings of 11 regions of Russia, 4 cities and 3 state-owned enterprises, reports Tass.
The ratings of Moscow and St. Petersburg have been reduced to «Baa3» to «Ba1», Krasnodar with «Ba3» to «B1» and Volgograd with «B1» to «B2» with a negative outlook.
There were also lowered the ratings of Bashkortostan «Ba1» to «Ba2», Tatarstan «Ba1» to «Ba2», Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug with «Ba1» to «Ba2», Samara region «Ba2» to «Ba3 “republic of Komi« Ba3 »to« B1 », Krasnodar Region« Ba3 »to« B1 », Krasnoyarsk Krai

Moody’s February 21 downgraded the sovereign credit rating of Russia to speculative “Va1″ with the level of «Baa3» . The main reasons for this step, the agency called the consequences of the Ukrainian crisis, falling oil prices, as well as lower exchange rate.
