In the DNR has not yet received an invitation to the next meeting in Minsk, reports Tass. This was stated by the plenipotentiary representative of the self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Donetsk (DNR) in the negotiations of the Contact Group to resolve the situation in Ukraine Denis Pushilin.

According to him, “We are on Thursday (December 25) agreed to coordinate the application for a meeting in Minsk, sent proposals to the OSCE. But at the moment have not received any response to our draft statement nor an invitation to Minsk ».

In the evening on December 24 in Minsk for almost 6 hours there were negotiations of the Contact Group. At the negotiating table were ex-President Leonid Kuchma, Ukraine, the OSCE Representative Heidi Tagliavini, Russia’s ambassador in Kiev, Mikhail Zurabov authorized LC Vladislav Dane and spokesman DNI Dennis Pushilin.

Later, the head of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republic Alexander and Igor Zakharchenko Carpenter reported that the Contact Group to resolve the situation in Ukraine reached an agreement on the exchange of prisoners. The sides agreed to exchange prisoners according to the formula “150 to 225″, said Carpenter. “LC and DNR are ready to give Kiev 150 prisoners in exchange for the security forces arrested 225 people,” he said.
