 Lawyer “Russian SWAT” Alexander Alexandrov Yuri Grabowski found killed, suspect arrested, “Interfax-Ukraine” with reference to the National Bar Association.

 On the eve of the Chief Military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios the TV channel “112 Ukraine” reported that the Security Service (SBU) and the Military Prosecutor’s Office detained a suspect in the disappearance of Grabowski attorney.

 “The suspect, whom we arrested, have arrested a Ukrainian court in the city of Kiev. Now investigators are working powerfully with them, who receive all the necessary data, what happened, “- said Matios

 March 9 Holosiivskyi district court postponed the trial against “the GRU special forces” Yerofeyev Eugene and Alexander Alexandrov on March 15 due to the absence of a lawyer, Yuri Grabowski. At the hearing counsel Yerofeyev Oksana Sokolovsky said that two days can not contact him.

 The next day Sokolovsky said Grabowski posted on the social network Facebook page message stating that he had left the Ukraine, is not written to them. She also felt that her colleague is currently on the territory of Ukraine, but it is not known where. According to Sokolovsky, and she and Grabovsky received threats.

 Upon disappearance Grabowski police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 115 (premeditated murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

 Russians Evgeny Erofeev and Alexander Alexandrov arrested May 6, 2015 in Luhansk region. They are accused of taking part in military operations against Ukraine, a violation of the rules of customs control and possession of weapons. The Russian Defense Ministry said that at the time of their arrest they were not acting servicemen. In the court of Kiev, both the detainees admitted that they are Russian military. Later Yerofeyev said pressure and threats on the part of the investigation.
