Basmanny Court of Moscow arrested three alleged accomplices Petersburg businessman Dmitry Mihalchenko accused of smuggling of alcoholic beverages. It is reported by TASS with reference to the press-secretary of the court Juno Tsarev.
As specified Tsarev, the court granted the petition of the investigator in respect of the deputy director of the holding company “Forum” Boris Korevskogo, deputy general director of LLC “KontReyl Logistics North-West” Anatoly Kindzersky and director of “South-East trading company” Ilya Pichko. All of them were arrested by 29 May.
They have been the charge on h . 3 tbsp. 200.2 of the Criminal Code ( “smuggling of alcoholic products, committed by an organized group”).
On the eve of the court arrested the general director of holding company “Forum” Dmitry Mihalchenko. He is accused of smuggling alcohol in 2015, the creation of an organized criminal group, which forwards the alcohol from the port of Hamburg under the guise of construction sealant. Damage from the activities Mihalchenko consequently estimated at 2 million rubles.
