Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree approving the foundations of the state youth policy until 2025, Interfax reported.
“Fundamentals are aimed at creating favorable conditions for self-realization of young people and effective mechanisms to support it, civic education and patriotism, the development of youth initiatives and support talented youth, the formation of values of a healthy lifestyle and the family institution, developing a culture of international dialogue and respect for people of other nations” – stated in the text.
Action Plan to implement the foundations mandated to develop the Ministry of Education and Science.
It was reported earlier that State Duma deputy Viktor Vodolatsky (“United Russia”) offered to create a patriotic TV for teenagers. New All-Russian Youth TV channel patriotic offered called “RO Ssvet».
The idea to create such a media supported the Commission on patriotic and spiritual and moral education of children and youth of the Council on International Relations under the Russian president. Now Victor Vodolatsky prepares proposal complies with the federal government.
