“I would like to ask you to invite Nabiullina at 16 o’clock at our meeting and ask her questions on what basis and for what reasons was the key rate of the Central Bank increased to 17%,” – he said.
According to him, night was a state crime under the guidance Nabiullina.
On the eve of the Bank of Russia increased key rate from 10.5% to 17%.
