Moscow. On December 14th. INTERFAX.RU – Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), probably won the early elections to the lower house of parliament. According to data collected at the exit polls, the majority of voters supported it was her.

According to the pre-election polls, the LDP may receive more than two-thirds of the seats in parliament, or from 290 to 318 seats.

As observers, these elections will be a test of confidence to the Japanese voters conducted by the Cabinet Shinzo Abe economic policy.

According to some Western media if the LDP really win such a landslide, it will take Abe complex issues – such as the opening of agricultural markets and Japan to restart nuclear power plants shut down after the accident at the nuclear power plant in Fukushima.

The head of the Japanese government earlier promised that he would resign if the ruling bloc (LDP and Komeito – IF) does not receive more than half seats in the lower house of parliament after the elections.

In this election for 475 seats in the lower house of parliament claimed about 1150 candidates. 295 seats will be determined in single-member districts, the remaining 180 – on proportional party lists.
