Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the inclusion in the list of ingredients Spice narcotic and psychotropic drugs, banned in Russia, reports Tass. Illegal substances have already been discovered and seized in Smolensk, Kirov, Orenburg and Vladimir regions, as well as in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug. On the black market in Russia there are about 734 types of synthetic drugs. Only forty of them are included in the official stop list. For trafficking Spice will face a fine of up to 30 thousand rubles, or two years in prison, the channel “Russia 24″.
