– The investigation of the criminal case initiated by Part 3 of Article 216 of the Criminal Code “Violation of safety rules during construction” – he told the “RG” senior assistant to the head of SU RF IC in the Omsk region Larisa Boldinova.

As already reported “RG”, the day before about five o’clock in the evening from the construction site on the street Zhukova the busy roadway collapsed crane. Design crushed two cars – Toyota RAV4 SUV and “Sable”.

As a result, emergency killed four people. Driver Toyota RAV4 and his wife, their year-old son died at the scene from his injuries. Driver “Sobol” has died in hospital. Another passenger Toyota RAV4 – four baby suddenly lost all the family – was hospitalized. The boy, according to doctors, was “born under a lucky star”: he was diagnosed with a fracture of the forearm. Over the life of the tower crane driver still fighting the doctors – he was badly injured and put into a state of artificial coma.

According to investigators, the cause of the tragedy became careless actions of the contractor the construction company that installed the tower crane. Precautionary required daily inspections and maintenance checks crane company employees in general were not conducted.
