In the near future, the investigators interviewed as a suspect in the commission of complicity in the murder of officials in Krasnogorsk Shota Elizbarashvili – driver businessman Amiran Giorgadze, whom investigators shall be guilty of the murder of four people. This is stated in a press release the TFR, which entered the RBC.

After the interrogation, the investigator intends to ask the court to elect against Elizbarashvili a preventive measure in the form of detention.

Earlier official representative of the TFR Vladimir Markin emphasized that Elizbarashvili passes as a witness in the case.

Elizbarashvili voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement agencies after the fourth murder was committed. In his statements to investigators recover the exact chronology of crimes, Markin noted.

The car in which Giorgadze and Elizbarashvili left the scene of the first crime – the district administration Krasnogorsk district – was found on Novorizhskoe highway, 9 km from the Moscow Ring Road. According to investigators, 19 October Giorgadze came into the office of the deputy head of the Krasnogorsk district administration Yuri Karulovu at this point there was also the head of “Krasnogorsk electric network” George Kotlyarenko. During the conversation, he called Giorgadze’s office Elizbarashvili, which came with a bag. From bags Giorgadze got an automatic gun which misfired. Later, during a search of a house in the village of Giorgadze Pozdnyakovo investigators found the body of the fourth victim. Killed were the companion Giorgadze Trestan Zakaidze.
