According to the publication USA Today, the signing of the document was the implementation of a formal request from the US administration. On Sunday deadline for implementation of the agreements on the nuclear program between Iran and the group of international mediators, provided the decision of the UN Security Council.

The order does not provide for the establishment of the Obama specific date for the withdrawal of US sanctions against Iran. Washington has repeatedly pointed out that it will take real action only after the implementation of the IAEA confirms Iran of its obligations.

Removing sanctions would mean that the US will not interfere with citizens of other countries to do business in Iran. However, working with Tehran is not able to US citizens because there are sanctions Washington accuses Iran of supporting terrorism and violating human rights.

On Saturday in Munich source USA Today in the Iranian military circles said that the country does not intend to abandon their commitments and cooperate with observers from the IAEA.

In July 2015 six international negotiators (Russia, US, China, Britain, France and Germany) have reached an agreement with Iran that Tehran will not produce nuclear weapon. Iran’s nuclear facilities are required to use exclusively for the production of peaceful nuclear energy. In exchange, the UN Security Council, the United States and the European Union are going to withdraw from Iranian economic and financial sanctions.
