VORONEZH, November 3 – RIA Novosti. The police found that the driver involved in an accident in the Tula region of the bus with Armenian citizens previously brought to administrative responsibility for the management of vehicle breakdown, informs management of the Ministry of Interior in the region.
The accident on the highway M-4 took place on Tuesday at 2:12 MSK in Tula region. The bus, en route from Moscow – Yerevan, there were more than 60 people, the citizens of Armenia. The accident killed eight people, injured 48, of which 11 are in intensive care.
“In an effort to clarify the details of the accident the police received information that the driver, 44-year-old, in June 2015 was involved in Moscow to administrative responsibility for the management of bus Higer in the presence of faults in which operation of vehicles is forbidden” – said in a statement.
Police opened a criminal case under article “violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of two or more persons”, which provides for up to seven years in prison. SC also started pre-investigation, in which will give a legal assessment of the actions of officials responsible for the quality of services for passengers.
