Member of the “Al-Nusra Dzhebhat” wanted by Interpol detained in Ukraine – RIA Novosti

MOSCOW, November 20 – RIA Novosti. The Ukrainian Security Service has detained a member of an Islamist terrorist group “Dzhebhat al-Nusra,” who was in the international wanted list, according to the website security services on Friday.

“A native of one of the former republics of the USSR, on-line information , in 2013-2014 participated in the Syrian military conflict in the composition of the group “Jaish al-muhajirin Val-Ansar”, which is part of the “Al-Nusra Dzhebhat” – said in a statement.

Hiding justice, the attacker arrived in Ukraine. With a false passport he was trying to get into one of the Middle East.

The suspect was placed in temporary detention, the question of the election of his preventive punishment – extradition arrest.
