The European Union agreed on the five principles of relations with Russia – Kommersant

Firstly, the EU heads of foreign policy departments insist on the full implementation of the Minsk agreements to resolve the conflict in the Donbass as a key element of any significant change in the approach to the Brussels dialogue with Moscow. Second, they want the future cooperation with Russia did not develop at the expense of its relations with the Eastern Partnership countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) and the countries of Central Asia.
