Interpreter at the trial Yerofeyev and Alexandrova became ill – RIA Novosti

KIEV, April 15 -. RIA Novosti interpreter at the trial of the Russians Evgeny Erofeev and Alexander Alexandrov, detained in Ukraine in May last year, became ill, she called “ambulance”, said Russian lawyers.

As the lawyer said Valentin Alexandrov Rybin, from translator pressure rose. According to the lawyer Oksana Sokolovskaya Yerofeyev, a translator became ill because of the lack of air in the small courtroom. Currently, near Holoseievski district court of Kiev is “first aid”. At the hearing adjourned, but it was not linked to the deterioration of the interpreter.

Ukrainian law enforcers arrested in the Donets Basin alleged two Russian military May 16, 2015. The Russian Defense Ministry reported that the detainees – Alexander Yerofeyev and – are citizens of Russia, but at the time of detention they were not valid members of the armed forces of Russia. Later, the court in Kiev ruled the arrest of Russian citizens.

Initially Yerofeyev and Alexandrov was charged with terrorist activities. During the investigation, new charges were: conducting a war of aggression, illegal border crossing, illegal movement of weapons and ammunition, illegal possession of weapons, the illegal order of entry into the “occupied territories”, as well as the outbreak of a military conflict. According to these articles, they could face life in prison.

The court trial Yerofeyev and Aleksandrov began in Kiev at the end of September last year. By mid-April, the court had time to familiarize themselves with the evidence for the prosecution to question prosecution witnesses, victims, medical examiner, attached to the case to protect the evidence materials.
