Lawyers for convicted Russians in Ukraine and Alexander Alexandrov Evgeny Erofeev decided that the appeal against the sentence imposed by a court of Kiev Goloseevskiy against their clients, will not. On this, as “Interfax-Ukraine”, said the lawyer Oksana Sokolovskaya Yerofeyev.
“We think the sentence illegal, but will not appeal,” – she said
.
Sokolovsky stressed that this joint solution to protect Russian citizens.
Kiev court on April 18 sentenced the Russians Evgeny Erofeev and Alexander Alexandrov to 14 years in prison with confiscation of property. They were found guilty of terrorism, conducting “a war of aggression” and actions that led to the death of a person.
