Ukrainian Prime Minister Yatsenyuk promised a tough reforms to avoid a default. He said this at a meeting in Berlin with German Chancellor Angela Merkel. In turn, Angela Merkel said that Germany would support reforms in Ukraine.
It became known that the European Union will give Ukraine another loan in the amount of almost two billion euros. It declared European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker.
