Rosselkhoznadzor took samples for the examination of meat and fish. In one of the shops, in particular minced beef were found coliform bacteria and pig DNA. In another store in salmon found coliform bacteria and salmonella.
This is not the first claim to the production shops “Auchan”, put forward by the Russian regulatory authorities. Rosselkhoznadzor found in the stores, “Auchan” E. coli in samples of meat products.
In August, the management of “Auchan” entered into a dispute with Rospotrebnadzor, demanding to refute the information about the presence of horse meat in minced pork sold in the store. The retailer claimed that do not use in the production of horse meat.
