TERRIBLE, October 5 – RIA Novosti. The alleged perpetrators of terrorist acts committed in the center of Grozny, Apti Mudarov, born in 1989, left home six months ago, and its location was not known, according to RIA Novosti representative of the law enforcement agencies of Chechnya.

On Sunday night in Grozny was scheduled concert, dedicated to the Day of the City. At the entrance to the concert hall, police officers noticed a suspicious young man. When the police decided to inspect and to establish his identity, the man made a suicide bombing, with the result that, at last count, five policemen were killed and 12 injured.
