Recall call is held twice a year: 1 October to 31 December, and from 1 April to 15 July. This fall, the Russian army will join the more than 154 thousand new recruits. For the first time in 20 years, among them are conscripts from Chechnya. Before sending in the part of the new recruits will receive personalized e-cards to which they will transfer the salary.
