The head of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Nikolay Nikiforov suggested that cellular operators to increase prices for services. This was reported by «Interfax» .

Nikiforov also stressed that mutual competition among operators has led to the fact that prices were unreasonably low.
