Russian President Vladimir Putin canceled the annual budget address to the Federal Assembly. The corresponding document was published on the portal of legal information.

The fiscal projections are developed countries and regions every six years to 12 years or more. Municipalities take them every three years for at least six years. The basis of a long-term forecast of socio-economic development of the territory concerned, it follows from the explanatory text to the federal law.

According to the document, the draft budget should be based on the provisions of the presidential address to the Federal Assembly. Approved by the budget forecast by the Government of the Russian Federation, the highest executive body of the region or local authorities within two months from the date of the official publication of the law (decisions) on the budget, the document says.
