Fedur also said that the police had falsified the results of forensic medical examination, which is believed to confirm the guilt of suspects. The lawyer also said that during the interrogation of a witness who described the murder a man who is not similar to Medvedko, nor Polishchuk.
Fedur said that all the data he sent to the court to change the preventive punishment of his clients, but they refused to consider the petition.
Previous Denis Polishchuk, one of the suspects, said he was subjected to pressure by law enforcement agencies.
