According to doctors, in the shooting in the town of Sunset (Louisiana) Two people died and two others were injured. One of the victims of the arrow – the sister of the mayor of the nearby town of Grand Coteau. Another sister of the mayor were also injured, it provided medical care. According KLFY News, the suspect attacked them with a knife in the house on a street in the city Sunset. Once on the scene police arrived, the perpetrator opened fire on them, injuring one of the officers of law and order, and fled the scene, barricaded later in the store.
This is not the first the case with the shooting in the US in recent years. Earlier in the US state of Virginia during a live two journalists were shot dead channel WDBJ7 (part of the network CBS) – Reporter Alison Parker and operator Adam Ward. According to preliminary information, the murderer was a former employee of the unit CBS Vester Lee Flanagan. After the shooting of the film crew, he tried to commit suicide and died in the hospital.
