CPS conducts routine inspection grocery chain “Auchan”, which is not related to customer complaints or problems with stores, told RIA Novosti director of external communications retailer Maria Kurnosov.
It is noted that verification of the Moscow department Office hypermarkets in the capital is held from mid-June 2015. “It must be emphasized that such checks are carried out regularly in stores of all retail networks and are not related to problems in hypermarkets or customer complaints,” – said Kurnosov.
Checks service, according to her, had not yet been completed, and “Auchan” awaiting the results of the inspection.
Earlier, on August 19 the head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova announced inspection department stores of “Auchan” in Moscow. The official refused to announce the results before you finish. On the same day another supervisory authority – Rosselkhoznadzor – revealed new violations, the store “Auchan-Kuntsevo.” In particular, according to him, the store did not comply with the requirements of veterinary-sanitary treatment and disinfection of equipment and inventory used in the workshop for the production of semi-finished products. Also, the Office noted that the retailer does not comply with the rules of collection and storage of biological waste.
In turn, “Auchan” appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with two suits to the Moscow Office of Rosselkhoznadzor, has previously revealed numerous violations in hypermarkets .
In particular, August 8, Rosselkhoznadzor officials held an unscheduled inspection of product quality in the network in Moscow and the Moscow region. The sausage and refrigerated semi-finished products were detected exceeding the maximum allowable level of microorganisms – E. coli and Listeria.
On August 4, the department announced the discovery of DNA horses in minced pork of “Auchan”. Representative retailer is categorically denied, saying that in the production of horse meat is not used. He added that the company will require Rosselkhoznadzor rebuttal. Rosselkhoznadzor later acknowledged that its content in minced minimal and can not cause serious complaints.
