North Korea and South Korea have removed the tension – Kommersant

In spite of the progress in the negotiations, the South Korean agency “Rёnhap” referring to military in Seoul reported that South Korea will continue to enhance the combat readiness of its troops. “In view of the dangerous changes in the combat readiness of the North will be even more strengthened,” – said the agency.
