Sudogodsky Court of Vladimir Region suffered August 25, the process of application for parole ex-official’s Defense Ministry Evgenia Vasilyeva, according to RIA Novosti.

A former official in the Defense Ministry Evgenia Vasilyeva, received five years in prison for stealing more 800 million rubles, will remain in prison until at least August 25. Prosecutors said in court that the defense Vasilyeva too early to apply to court for parole, as the verdict in the case not in force, and the appellate court examines its validity.
It was reported earlier that the court received objections of the victims – the Ministry of Defense of companies, which have indicated that the sentence against Vasilyeva has not come, and that they were opposed to satisfy an application for parole.
In May Vasilyeva received five years in prison for the theft of the Ministry of Defense, but the sentence Vasilyeva included 2.5 years that she spent under house arrest. Given that the convicted repaid caused by it and the other defendants in the case the damage which is more than 216 million rubles, the lawyers went to court with a petition for early release.
However, the well-known human rights activists protested such haste, saying that it would not hurt Vasilyeva still deserve a positive response from the administration of the colony, where she spent a total of less than a month.
