In Zatoka in the Odesa region overturned and sank the boat, as a result of the accident killed 12 people. It is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.
According to the ministry, crashed pleasure boat “Oriole”. On board were 36 people, 23 of them were saved. The ministry stressed that rescuers continue search operation.
The ministry said that day, 17 October, pleasure craft came from the private base for walks in the Black Sea. Returning to base, the boat perevernulcya near the city of Belgorod-Dniester.
The deputy head of the Odessa Regional State Administration Vladimir Zhmak suggested that the cause of the incident became violent storm and lack of life jackets.

On the tragedy also reported on his page on Facebook governor of the Odessa region, Mikhail Saakashvili. The politician said that he interrupted his trip to the city, to go to the scene.

According to RBC-Ukraine, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yatsenyuk ordered to establish a commission to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
