MOSCOW, May 30 – RIA Novosti. Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili will fail as governor of the Odessa region, the Russian Foreign Ministry believes Commissioner for Human Rights, Konstantin Dolgov.
In Saturday the president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko gave Saakashvili Ukrainian citizenship, signed a decree on appointing him governor of Odessa and personally presented to officials in Odessa.
