The management of the TFR in the Perm region said that the cause of the collapse of an apartment house could be the weakening of bearing structures of the building. This was announced by the head of department senior assistant Irina Neznamova.

Earlier “Kommersant” reported that today at 4:13 MSK in Perm at street Kuibyshev collapsed house. Brick facade collapsed five-story building, consisting of four entrances.
