The Ukrainian authorities declared persona non grata Acting Consul General of Russia in Odessa, “because of the incompatibility of its diplomatic activity,” as well as for violation of the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. The SBU argue that the Russian diplomat had left Ukraine. The name of the Acting Consul General is not called.
