On a Sunday morning in the center of Odessa, an explosion occurred, resulting in damaged building control of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Odessa region.
According to local media reports, the bomb was planted under an unused side entrance of the building of the SBU. The explosion was so strong that in homes and office buildings, located within two or three blocks from the scene of the explosion, smashed windows.
“On this fact openly criminal proceedings on grounds of crime under Part 2 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of “terrorist act”, – said Kostiuk.
He added that, according to preliminary data, it was found that the power of the explosive device approximately 5-6 kilograms of TNT.
According to Kostyuk, the explosion destroyed the facade of the building of the SBU, broken windows. At the moment, for help after the explosion, no one spoke.
