The House of Representatives of the United States Congress passed a resolution 162 “Appeal to the President of Ukraine to provide military support to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity.” The document is a recommendation .

And another politician, co-author of the document from the Democratic Party Eliot Engel, focused on the fact that Kiev is not counting on American troops, but wants to get a weapon to defend their land and independence.
