MOSCOW, March 31. Presnensky court in Moscow on Tuesday ordered the arrest of the former head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia Alexander Reimer, who is accused in the case of theft of 3 billion rubles. It clarifies the rape, the judge granted the request of the investigator, who feared that the election of a more lenient preventive measure defendant be able to use his connections to hide, put pressure on witnesses or otherwise obstruct the investigation.
